Eagle view? Bah! I have a few "astro" snaps from my office window at 45,000 feet
If memory serves, there is a place called "Emu Bottom" near Sunbury,
but have no idea whether there is an observatory there.
I believe lake Eyre is 15m
below sea level.
..but what the atmosphere is like at "Ayre Bottom" observatory could be questionable
