"I am selling a Canon EOS 300D – Astro Modified Camera – Full Spectrum – IR Cut Filter Removed
I purchased this camera from my astro friend to practise and then upgraded to an astro dedicated camera. I did not make much use of it as my Stellarmate Software was not compatible. However, is a good camera for someone who is just starting to move on to astrophotography.
This camera is very sensitive to red and works well with the HA and OIII filter. Can be used with a combination of the rgb camera.
My friend photographed this Lagoon Nebula with HA OII with this modified camera and RGB camera combination. Sharing his image for reference.
Comes with battery, memory card, cable to connect to pc, T-ring and shutter release cable (DIY) plus adding a shutter release cable that I purchased for it.
