Thanks, Elliot. They weren't as tight in the beginning, I had to get them to this size with some editing. After speaking to Ivo again, he's given me some more tips to further desaturate the stars.
If you start seeing the same issues with your ED120 in future and you use StarTools (or Siril!), let me know and I can share some tips with taming those stars.
