Neil,
Try just loading your light frame subs only and see if you can stack
Make sure you check your Star detection threshold, adjust down to 5% or lower and ensure DSS is reading more than say 10 stars
If darks and flats etc are not the same frame size, file type and bit etc.. as your lights DSS won’t stack them together.
Usually DSS won’t stack due to not enough stars to use as reference and alignment
