Yeah weather today is total crap, raining at moment but not cold. Learn't yet another thing that night with the toucam. Try brightening up the image a little and this will reduce the blue pane from being all blurred during wavelet processing. I looked back on another shot which is my best so far and I did the same thing. With the powermates the gamma must be set around 40%, gain to make it reasonalby bright near 60% and saturation around 50%. will need to experiment a little more and see if this holds up. But having looked around on the net in last couple of days, this shot is one of the top 7 for the weekend. So must be getting very close to getting it just right.
Looking at maybe doing some mods to the Raw mode in colour on the software and would like some feed back from Bird to see if he went this way or knows anything about it.
