Life is too busy...I have been here before but I've decided to let it all go this time.

My options are: (1) Pack it all away and pick it up again when the kids have grown up and I have more time. (2) Sell it and let someone else have some use out it and get back into the hobby at a later stage in life.

It's a bit regretful, but if its not getting the use then I may as well go with option 2!

Ideally would like to sell as a whole, but would consider splitting it up. $25K NEGOTIABLE for the whole lot, or I'd consider splitting:
