BTW a pox on your dark skies...they shouldn't be allowed...
But assuming dark skies are actually useful, I now have a new "portable" mount!
It arrived last week from some small, probably, tin-pot company in Illinois, USA. (see attached)...who did offer some nice steak knives with the deal.
Apparently with perfect tracking due fancy optical encoders...(yeah, sure
)
It might entice me to go west in search of similar poxy skies
