What!
So, this has happened on all the rovers before... and they rely on good winds for clearing dust?
Surely a air compressor and nozzle would be a simple fix for the longevity of the solar panels... Just compressing the atmosphere and running a spinning sprinkler blower would keep 20-30% of the panels cleaner.
