I've attached 2 pics - just excerpts from a sub of each of the Ha filters I'm selling, so you can compare the 7nm ZWO (with diffraction spikes) to the 3.5nm Antlia (without). Not an apples v apples comparison, as the scopes were different as were the conditions, but it should give you an indication as to what to expect from the different filters.
