Are you sure you bought a Samsung Q850A soundbar? I ask because Samsung Australia does not list this as being a product available, so I checked both the Good Guys and Bing Lee and neither of these retailers has it available either. Did you perhaps buy a Samsung Q950A soundbar instead?
