Got on to the publishers, Springer, who gave me a link to a download for the CD contents.
Very happy!
I've bought a copy of Richard Harshaw's 'The Complete CD Atlas of the Universe' and, of course, the CD is missing!
So far, World of Books are not responding to my protestations!
Would anyone have a copy of the CD from which I could make an offsite 'backup' copy?
Or maybe I could just offer to provide an offsite storage location for your backup copy?
