Meade Paint Colour-FOUND!!!
There have been requests in the past to find the "correct" Meade blue...
Well, the answer appears to be:

KRYLON HIGH GLOSS "REGAL BLUE" # 1901

Should be available on request at your nearest panelbeater paint supplier.
