You did well with that faint object and a 183mc . I would be happy with that.
In narrowband mono with Ha Oiii Sii or other filters you can assign the filter bands to any colour you choose to suit your purpose of illustrating the structure or even age of parts of an object if you are a scientist.
With a colour camera you are using the filtering process for a different purpose but could still assign the subs to any colour you choose. Usually to amplify the detail of the Nebulosity in different frequency bands by screening everything else in most of the subs. You could still assign your Oiii and Ha to Hoo for example and get a similar result but it is not narrowband where it also mixes RGB. I have combined Ha and Oiii with the Unfiltered 183mc image and it does give more detail and it is very interesting.
