To little to late in my opinion.
The horse has well and truly bolted.
We have had nearly 60 years of putting Junk
up in space,and that is going to be expedited
in the coming years.
What Musk Et Al are proposing is only window dressing.
Nothing is going to get in the way of the mighty dollar,
or in the case of the Chinese and the Russians, and in a lesser
case India, pursuit of power.
