Yep, definitely Carina season. My go at this object with my new rig capturing Ha, OIII and SII for a narrowband presentation. Data acquisition with SGP Pro and image processing in Pixinsight.
I'm pleased with the low noise levels in the data from the ASI6200 camera and I've only had to apply minimal noise reduction. The wider field with the full frame sensor and short focal length allows for the capture of most of this grand object in a single frame. I've also prepared a starless version for those that like the starless presentation (I think that it works well on this one actually
).
