Hi Leon,
You might want to take a look at this unit.
Will remove those scratches, clean & polish the discs.

Not too expensive but much better than doing it by hand.
Just be sure to check that spare polishing pads & the cleaning liquids are
available.
(The site says it does have the necessary spares available.)

Hope this suits.

Just remember, when drying the disc to wipe from one side to the other....NOT round 'n' round
& use a microfibre cloth.
