The LabPadre Utube channel is covering the Booster BN1 Stacking in the Boca Chica Big Bay Assembly building. It is a big sucker. They had to put an extension on their biggest crane to get the necessary lift height. Still needs to have the grid fins installed at the top, think of it as a Whopper Sized Falcon 9. Not to sure where they are going to put it, because the Booster orbital launch pad is not ready yet. Perhaps for testing, without an upper stage, they could put it on a Starship launch pad, there is a vacant one at the moment that could be used for initial pressure testing.

They had to remove a section of the high bay roof, in order to get the crane access for the stacking.
