NGC 2070 Tarantula Nebula

I have been playing around with different processing options in Startools, still working on the final processing for this image. I noticed the green bubble shaped object in the image to the right of centre, shown on close up crop, just as a matter of interest is there any information on what this object is.

6 x 300 sec subs at gain 90 bin1x1 ( Optolong L- enhance filter )
10 x 180 sec subs at gain 90 bin1x1 ( Optolong L- enhance filter )

(60 mins total)

Processed with DeepSkyStacker, Startools and gimp.

Scope: 12inch Meade LX200 at f6.3 (alt/az de-rotated)
Camera: ZWO ASI071MC pro
Guider: ZWO ASI120MM-S
ZWO ASIAIR pro
Optolong L- enhance filter

edit: Final processed image added
