Hi Robin,
You add a pic by going into your own profile and adding an 'Avatar'.
You can change your title from Fresh Blood to anything the same way, in 'profile'.
Go to 'Profile' up in the top right corner of this page, When it opens go to 'Edit Options'. Avatar is way down the bottom.
Your title can be changed by opening 'Profile', opening 'Edit Profile' and go down to 'Custom User Text'.
