Cheap power supplies tend to be pretty noisy or don't reach their advertised output current or voltage. They'll work but when you can buy something like this
12v 5A Power supply from a well known OEM like Meanwell at Jaycar for $50, I'd prefer that plugged into my fancy camera rather than some no name power supply from china. If your mount needs 15v you could try one of those DC-DC Converters to step up the voltage but If you wanted to run both on one powersupply I'd get the
12v 8.5A one for $70.
