I've noticed that the second hand market is pretty hot, but it's all about timing. Yesterday I believe I got a smoking deal and the seller was a great guy to boot. I did pick it up which helped, but I have only been looking at Melbourne based stuff for ease of transport.
A lot of it is patience and opportunity.
