The Meade De-Rotator (No longer in production) works with the LX series 10 and 12 inch Meade telescopes.
It will de-rotate the field of view when in Altaz mode.
It allows for extended exposure time when imaging without the need for EQ Polar alignment.
This is not as good as using an EQ wedge or an Eq mount but is of assistance in capturing longer exposures images if you have no desire to polar align.

The Meade counterweight set is used to balance the ATO. It takes the strain off the drive gears for smoother operation when tacking/guiding an image.
The counterweight bar screw holes measure 460mm (18 inches) centre to centre.
One is elongated east west the other north south by a half inch (12mm).
It attaches to the underneath side of the Meade ATO.
I am not sure if it fits a 10 or 12 inch, you will need to check your scope.
