- The Alto U8300 high performance cooled CCD has the very popular Kodak 8300 8.3 megapixel, high-resolution 5.4 micron pixel CCD
sensor for high resolution imaging with short focal lengths.
- It has the exceptional -50 degree below ambient cooling system and low noise levels that Apogee cameras are known for.
- 3326 x 2504 array, 5.4 micron pixels
- 5MHz 12 bit and 1MHz 16 bit digitisation
- Programmable fan speed to minimise vibration
- Inbuilt aperture shutter for easy dark images
- Dynamic range of 64.4db
- QE at 400nm – 30%
- Peak QE (580, 660nm) – 60%

STARLIGHT EXPRESS 2” 5 Bay Filter Wheel with OAG
Included in the sale is a Starlight Xpress 2" filter wheel with 5 filter bays and 3 camera adaptors to suite the Apogee U8300 CCD.
• Baader LRGB and a Hubble filter set of Ha, S11, O111.
• The SXUFW-2T SW 5 position 2" filter wheel with OAG, OAG to ZWO camera adaptor, M42 adaptor, 2" nose adaptor
• Slim profile and I/O connections are female T-thread (Input) and male T-thread (Output)
