Most definitely! I have a Mylar film filter that fits over the aperture.
Believe me I’ve nearly been on the wrong end of solar imaging. More so as a young surveyor way back doing solar obs for obtaining azimuth in the bush. Forget the filter on the scope and knock your eyeballs out like mike Tyson!
I haven’t any green filters no. I find it difficult to focus the sun - it was a bit blurry looking through at it today.
