Mars in IR 03/11/2020
Slowly going through my backlog. This is about 1h worth of 90s streams in IR with the CN-212/ASI462MC and an Astronomik 742nm filter.
Processed with Ivo's excellent
Startools 1.7.449Beta which I highly recommend for planetary. I find it has a lot more controls and refinements than Registax wavelets now so check it out by all means as it has come a long way.
I derotated 5 frames of 10min each so I have a very coarse loop here:

and a much smoother animation including all the 90s frames with a few timing interruptions in between due to refocusing.
