I also use the Sky X Pro but not with a Paramount - the first thing that springs to my mind though is which build of the Sky X is installed - there was an update to the build back in April (none for Windows since) but to access it you need a current subscription.
I suspect that there may be a driver change from Win 7 to 10 that is covered in the latest build - they are cumulative so if you miss one the next ones cover it. It was a full installer update not a DB for the last windows update.
