Can you please share what issues you had with the QHY600? I have the ASI6200MM and so far am ok with it although I've been following closely on microlensing & reflection issues. Whilst the thread started off as being ASI620MM specific, it's apparently a common problem across multiple CMOS/CCDs. Having said that, I've not seen any QHY600 samples exhibiting the microlensing/reflection issues.
