Yes, there's always the chance of picking up ghosts when a double stack is used....a slight tilt of the DS may help but may also change the tuning...
Tilting the camera won't help with ghosts...only helps when you experience Newton Rings.
You SS image shows promise. Adding the DS and tuning towards the red wing should show even more detail.
Proms are always better with a SS (doppler shift)
