Cloud Free Night off line
Cloud free night ( CFN) has been off line since Saturday
A message reads their not receiving Australian meteorological data ( Access model ) only American GFS model data
GFS is not reliable or accurate enough for local regional forecasting so basically it’s get out there hope the clouds stay away. I’ve used other forecast apps like skippy sky but CFN has been excellent !!
It’s not until something like this happens that you realise how dependent you are on reliable weather forecasting especially if your a long exposure Astrophotographer and require at least 4 to 6 hours during a night to capture your data
Hopefully CFN Access will be back on line soon
