Yeah, you gotta ask though, if Qantas is *****ing that it's costing them money to run their aircraft without passengers to keep them air worthy, then why did they close their Melbourne freight terminal? Makes sense to me to use those aircraft to deliver freight (their luggage compartment under the aircraft can hold tons).


I ordered something from a local vendor, and by local I mean 10km away and had to get it freighted as we're locked into a 5km radius from home.


BIG mistake. Not only did the item cost me more, but I made the fatal mistake of thinking buying from the local vendor, as opposed from a vendor in Perth, would result in quicker delivery. Well, 15 days later, I'm still waiting, while a gift for the missus I ordered from Perth 5 days ago arrived today!
