Adapter: M72 to M55 (RH-200 to SBIG)
The numbers are close enough.
What I can confirm is the (approx) 72mm male threads I’ve measured are for the Officina Stellare Veloce RH-200 Astrograph.
The 55mm male threads are for SBIG cameras (eg STL-11000).
