Regards to using the iPhone for imaging:
Do a web search and see what others have achieved.
That might help with your expectations.
Planetary imaging almost always involves lots of short exposures (video file) that are then stacked to produce the final image.
Anyway, good effort, well done and that is certainly Jupiter and you can see the moons.
You should be thrilled!
