Thanks for the comments. I managed to get 10 image runs of jupiter with various settings, so I've got plenty of material to practice with. I've just started looking at WinJUPOS, which is a bit of a learning curve. So far I've managed to derotate the .ser videos, and then take the output video to AS!3 and registax. I'm a bit stumped as to how I derotate the the LRGB .fit files after processing in Registax. I've tried colourising in GIMP and then assembling in WinJUPOS, which has worked but I don't know how it worked. I didn't point WinJUPOS to the colourised LRGB files, just entered the measurement data from the original derotated .ser files and it spat out a colour image. A learning curve for sure...
