Meteoblue accuracy?

I've noticed on Metoeblue that there are often predictions that don't make much sense to me.
It says the following about indexes 1 and 2

"The estimated seeing indexes (1 & 2) range from 1 (poor) to 5 (excellent) seeing conditions. These values are computed based on the integration of turbulent layers in the atmosphere. "

It *also has this to say:

"High jetstream speeds (>20m/s) usually correspond to bad seeing. "

So I would have thought predicted seeing of 1.16arcsec would correlate with Slow jetstream speeds and high values for the two indexes.

But in this case, the indexes are 3 & 1, with jetstream speeds of 32m/s.
Maybe index 1 carries more weight when assessing the seeing?

Does anyone know? Is the seeing index a reliable indicator of actual conditions?

Cheers

Markus
