I was using an ASI1600MM Pro with the ZWO filters. For this image the Ha was the strongest and the Sii was hardly anything actually but it was also heavily dewed over so I'm not sure if that caused it. I'll try again but no clear skies here in Perth for at least a week!
The focus also seem slightly different for each filter, or maybe it was temperature change over the 3-4 hrs. Will have to experiment more.
