Ive has no problem imaging globs with my Canon ( no filters ) when the moons full as long as your not pointed in the vicinity of the moon. It’s Nebula that’s the issue as you need longer exposures to expose the nebulosity which swamps your signal with garbage
I’ve got a inkling that my Canon 600D will produce a better image on globs than my new 2600MC as it’s going to hard to tame this beast with its dynamics. It’s definitely a camera for my South Coast dark location and not Sydney, however I did purchase a ZWO Duo band filter to try some OSC narrowband under filthy light polluted skies up here
