Just a long exposure. Normally pick something like 1 minute, 200 ASA, F/11. Something in that relm I think.
Actually thinking about it, I usually use my cable release, and hold it down either for about a minute, or when I have got as many bolts in the shot as I want.
It's fun stuff.. I love the rich colours and strong contrast that often come out in lightning shots.
[Edit: Cable release is handy when you suddenly get a bolt arc right over your head and have to pack it in ASAP and get the ... out of there.
