My 2 cents .....
It’s a tough gig being a supplier of astronomy gear in this country, it’s a very very small industry and without margins and profit you simply don’t survive ( I ran a small business for 25 years )
I’ve bought 90% of my gear through Bintel and will continue to do so , they have never let me down and it’s refreshing to talk to a fellow astronomer who knows their stuff , not just sales people at the end of a till
