CGEM motor

Help!!
One of the DC motors has failed
The encoder disc has been damaged, looks as if the locknut was never fixed and the disk has dropped down onto one of the screws
All the edging has been scratched away.
All I need to repair it is a new Encoder disc, Do you think I can find one on the web?
Or maybe someone’s got an old motor stashed away somewhere they wouldn’t mind parting with
