Out of interest, that area at 206 microcandela/m2 (~Bortle 3) is ~15 times darker than my 2960 microcandela/m2 (~ Bortle 7) backyard....  (and that's based on 2015 World Atlas Data). It's 250 times darker based on 2019 VIIRS Radiance data from LightPollutionMap... Yikes!

That's quite factor. Bilpin would be darker than my place but not by a massive amount.
