Making a Nikon Clip in CLS filter

I recently purchased a second hand optolong canon clip in cls filter with the intention of using the glass in it for astro mod on my nikon d5600 but silly me didnt do the research on the width and length of filter glass required to replace the stock filter. the glass in the optolong canon full frame clip in filter was not wide enough. so i ditched the idea of using it for astromod and instead decided to design and machine (CNC) a clip in style cradle that can house the cls filter glass and will fit in my Nikon D5600. i have never machined something this delicate before so wasn't sure if i will be successful or not but tried it any way and it actually turned out ok. took very long time to machine as i was very conservative on the cutting speed. then i took the glass out of the canon clip in cradle and cut it to size. put it all together and it fits perfectly in the camera. now i cant wait for clear skies to test if it actually works.
