Have you calibrated your screen? Recently I have become aware that some people are likely viewing and or processing astroimages on rather dark high contrast screens, this means that if they process an image using such a screen, this will mean they could look very bright and washed out on a properly calibrated screen..does that make sense?
I think THIS is a good tool to use to calibrate your monitor for viewing and processing astro images. Not doing either in a bright room is a good idea as well
Again, well done and you are clearly making great headway into this crazy pastime of astroimaging  now that you have that Taj Mahal observatory

i have been trying to calibrate my screen on the laptop but i cant seem to find the contrast buttons etc on the thing grrrr i have two other screens set up and everyone of them gives a different look so i do struggle with trying to get my pics right



Thanks for the tip i will try and have another go at getting all three screens right
