That's a very nice image, smoothly processed to my eyes. I like the colour saturation, maybe overdone a bit but think of the science behind it. After all the colours do represent nebulae and different stages of star formation. The red for emission nebulae, older orange stars near the core and young hot blue stars out in the spiral arms.
