What made the difference for me is finding the SubFrameSelector (about 2 weeks ago) Process in Pixinsight, it will graph the FWHM of your stars in each of your Subs which makes it easy to remove outliers Subs where the stars exceed a certain chosen value, as in the above case 2.3".
It makes a big difference to the sharpness of your image when you get rid of those outliers Subs.
