Yes, Gruemberger, a wonderful delicacy of San Merino, the only cheese in the world made from rodents (Geneolepus insignis). These little bilby-like creatures are traditionally hunted at full moon with non-magnetic traps and incorporated into the secret, centuries-old Gruemberger process. It is known that goat's milk is the basis, but an unspecified number and type of herbs are also incorporated. The resulting spherical green cheese is always consumed at the next lunation. It's only the wax outer coating that's green - the interior is pale yellow with holes, and looks much like the Swiss Emmental.
