This was taken from Grenfell NSW. Not much Light Pollution but there is a bit of dust in the air since they've had stuff all rain.
I never thought i'd capture the gum nebula with a DSLR.
I wish i could have pushed exposure times a bit higher for a few shots, but I cant seem to polar align with the polar scope, (i usually use PHD2). Cant seem to work it out.
Good luck with the future project, the opportunity will present itself eventually. Until then lets hope for a blackout on a clear night
