hi paul,
i have a canon 350 and it is recognised by the software.however to use the canon remote software i need the missing areas in the window to instruct dslrfocus where my remote software is . also i need to fill in the box " ignore files containing " and press the button "start monitoring". as you can see by the pics i posted none of these parts of the window are there.
