I won't be shooting through the C9.25 with the toucam so I made this contraption to take its place on the EQ5 rather than piggy back it. Much more convenient. Plus this arrangement is easy to carry in & out without breakdown.
So yup, its a dew shield as well as stray light baffle & when I want to take darks I just pop on the original dust cap.
Its made from a 4.5" reflector tube (cut down to 350mm) that become redundant sometime back.
It has the C9.25 finder on it too.
