I keep the motorhome fully stocked with long-life drinks and canned foods, fuel tank full for short notice trips, two full gas bottles, solar panels on the roof charging 500Ahr batteries, cases of red and white wine under the seats....... telescopes under the bed......200 litres of fresh water in the tanks....
I'm good for a few weeks of off-the-grid living in comfort......
