Lol.. you haven't yet touched on religion, politics or climate change so, possibly still safe...

Yeah, I must admit on some of the questions where I answered in the lower spectrum.. I hovered between agree/disagree/neutral...

Having spent longer than I care to remember in management/leadership roles I think the reality is a lot fuzzier than any of those tests make out...

In my experience, people do not neatly fit into pidgeon holes which is essentially what all of these tests seek to do.. I'm not saying they aren't useful.. they are, as guidance but, only as guidance..

Life is a complex experience... on any given day there are many pressures & depending on how one is dealing with today's pressure, I think we can all range between the variety of personality types in truth...

Our predominant personality may fit neatly with the test result but, our day to day nature is much more fluid & it takes a skilled manager/leader to understand the individuals & their complex moods, nature & thought processes to bring out the best in people...

Sometimes we get it right but, often, we get it so wrong... we build up a picture of how a colleague/subordinate/boss is & often fail to recognise that when they act in a manner differently to what we expected; there may be bigger things at play...

My 2 cents...

Oh, & one other..... there are personality traits in myself I absolutely detest... but, I'm buggered if I know how to actually change them.. like actually change them, not just mask them... it's not that they are 'bad' traits as such.. it's just that I don't like them in myself... fine in others.. not me though...
